i like to have company during thunderstorms [26 Mar 2007|09:53am] i'm really not feeling this weather. sitting at the computer at 10 am on a monday morning while a thunderstorm rattles the windows and the power flickers. awesome. it's really not fun to sit these things out alone. apparently spring in toronto means at least 2 brutal thunderstorms a week and tons of rain. possibly because of a grade 9 science class incident (electrojuice) lightning makes me nervous and i hate being caught in a storm. also, yesterday something exploded downtown and the mall and about 6 blocks in any direction from it had no power. it was cool because the mall closed early and i got to go home. new favorite song:carla bruni-quelq'un m'a dit Secrets & 2 Lies

[15 Mar 2007|03:04pm] [ music | andre nickatina ] i finally got the internet so i'm lurking around lj instead of doing what i should be doing. the ice has melted (yay!!!!!) and i'm really optimistic about the arrival of spring. i will never spend another winter in canada. ever. fuck. recent highlights: -a shoot that i get pictures from today -new ipod -lacoste dress -having a drunken snow ball fight with jonathan and andrea during some pretty intense ice rain -my mom coming to visit next month -2 months until i get my quit smoking fendi bag!!! -leaving here soon jonathan got a job with fuel industries, the company that shoot the bay catalouge. as lame as catalouge work is it pays really well. i wish i could score some catalouge work. p.s. [24 Jan 2007|07:40pm] it's really cold out. last night i left my bedroom window open and snow was blowing in the window and landing on my face. i'm moving in a week to Sherbourne street. i have no money, like $0.00, and for some reason 4 banks. Jonathans friend Phil is coming from Montreal this weekend. that should= some crunkness. he does some kind of hip hop production thing. i miss Andrea and running away from creeps with her and falling on the ice about 50 billion times. tomorrow:casting for shoot with Strut, -16 wind chill, DAY 8 OF NOT SMOKING.
